Volunteers Build Resilient Communities
Volunteers help improve quality of life for others. They also gain valuable experience and develop new skills. Margaret’s House relies on its many volunteers to bring it all together — providing free, nutritious hot meals to adults in need in our community.
Hours of Operation
Margaret’s House serves a hot lunch, seven days a week from 12:00 – 12:30 pm. Volunteers generally arrive between 9:30 – 10:00 to assist with lunch preparation, service and clean-up afterwards. A hot dinner is served on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:30 – 5:00 pm. Volunteers generally arrive between 2:30 and 3:00 to assist with food preparation, service and clean-up.
